Ms Parthana’s contribution to Palliative Care in the urban community for the past 7 years has been exemplary in terms of supporting patients for Pain management, providing psychological support, and in the prevention of hospitalization through home procedures, and by being available 24*7 on the phone for her patients’ and their families.

Ms Sarkar’s passion for palliation and her drive to ensure that her patients’ are in complete comfort propels her to push the palliative care team at the organization to deliver their best.

Her reassuring smile, her empathy, her easy access, her ability to provide relief to those in distress, and her immense involvement in preparing families to tackle their various physical, psychosocial, spiritual and logistical challenges are her unique qualities.
